1995 to present
-Instituted the Raul P. de Guzman Foundation professorial
chair, which inspired scholarly works and commitment to
careers in the University of the Philippines.
- Instituted the Elena M. Panganiban Professorial Chair
in Local Governance which upholds series of annual lectures
on initiatives aimed at promoting efficient and responsive
local governance.
- Supports research projects and aids scholarship grants.

President, San Nicolas Gapan Development
Foundation – April 2003 to present
- Assisted the local government of Gapan in its efforts
to promote people empowerment through various community-based
programs.
- Supported the livelihood scholarship project for deserving
students of Barangay San Nicolas thru the donations he has
raised in February 2003.
- Sponsored the cement flooring project of the mini sports
gym and stage of San Nicolas Central Elementary School (SNCES).
- Instigated in the roofing repairs of several classrooms
and the construction of one classroom and cafeteria in SNCES.
